Hike along miles of hiking trails on your 35 private acres with state land abutting on two sides; or drop in on the custom made skateboard ramp; or maybe just relax and meditate listening to the sounds of the stream; or sit by your pond taking in the breathtaking foliage. After a full day gather your friends around the fire pit and gaze at the Incredible night sky full of stars & constellations. This is a flower lovers paradise with perennials surrounding you throughout the spring and summer. Gather bouquets upon bouquets of peonies, lilacs, lilies, large cotton candy hydrangeas, daffodils and more.

Once you manage to tear yourself away from the outdoor delights the interior does not disappoint. Beaming with light in all seasons with multiple spaces to gather. Whip up culinary treats in your custom chefs kitchen while entertaining your guests in this open floor plan kitchen, dinning and family room. When solitude beckons enjoy snuggling up by the crackling wood burning fire watching wildlife pass by outside your bucolic meadow. Within ten minutes you will find yourself swimming at Belleayre Beach in the summer or within 15 minutes skiing on Belleayre Mountain in the winter. Phoenicia, with its many dinning options, theater and Sunday farmers market, is only 10 minutes away. Great nearby fine dining at Peekamoose, Urban Cowboy, Dandelion, The Shandaken Inn, and the Foxfire Mountain House as well as casual dinning at The Phoenicia Diner, The Pines, Woodstock Brewing, Brio's, Bettina and Tito's Banditos. When wanting to explore more outdoor adventures there are multitudes of opportunities from nearby Fox Hollow trail to the Ashokan rail trail among other hiking trails, to golfing, fishing, watering holes, and kayaking the Esopus river.
